at the Y today. ran 5k in 25 and some change. started out walking / 10:30min/mile pace. did the last mile in 7 min/mile and last .5 mile at 6:30 min/mile… felt good.
then, hopped in the pool and did my 400yds in 8:20. better than i expected. i had to go onto my back 2x because i qwas pushing it pretty hard. i need to start adding a more efficient kick-turn into the mix.
USA vs. Canada Olympic Hockey game was really friggin good. even though USA lost, they were kicking ass!
need to get on the bike!
