## Overview

$250K income / $2,400 rent 742 credit score (Vantage 3.0), 730 (FICO 9) AAoA 3y6mo AoOA 8y6mo Utilization <10% - 0/24 on new personal cards - 0/6, 2/12, 2/24 on inquiries (one was for CSE in December 2025, so this is my second denial; one was for a business card in October 2025) - 4 open cards, all from Feb - June 2024 - no late payments (CSR / $21K, Venture X / $30K, BCE / $27K, Autograph / $6K) - 1 closed card with 30+ days late from 2022 (thought I had sock-drawered it, it was closed over
