## Overview

When I first started using AI, I was honestly blown away. It felt like it could answer almost anything, and I caught myself trusting it more than I probably should have. After using it pretty much every day for a while, my perspective has changed. I still think it's incredibly useful, but now I double-check important information a lot more often. I've seen enough confident-sounding mistakes that I don't automatically assume it's right anymore. What's interesting is that using
