category upgrade

Well, let's see if I get upgraded this time! You recently upgraded my CX category from 4 to 3 after I became the Ohio State Champ for CX Cat 4 35+ this year. I'd like to point out that I won two CX races this year and was in the lead for 2 more before I flatted and ended up 17th and 21st. Anyhow, I would like to upgrade my road category from 5 to 4. I have a lot more non-sanctioned experience than what shows up on the USACycling.org site. For example, I raced most of the Ault Park Crit series and came in 10th overall for cat 5's. I've also done the Cleves Time Trial in Cincinnati for 3 years now and I'm 49th out of 222 riders - this puts me ahead of a good amount of Cat 4 and Cat 3 riders ( http://www.qcw.org/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=208&Itemid=134 ).
