Plus500, a global multi-asset fintech group operating proprietary technology-based trading platforms, is pleased to announce that it has conditionally agreed to acquire Hedge Capital Markets Inc., together with its subsidiaries (“Hedge”), including a US broker-dealer registered with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) and a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) (the “Acquisition”).
