Why is ChatGPT so hated in other groups?

I made a couple posts in other groups and got absolutely slammed for using chatGPT. I started calorie deficit June 25,2025 and from day 1 I weigh everything I eat on one thread, on another thread I log my Friday weigh in. I then use chatGPT to make me a graph at the end of the month to show my calorie intake and how much it lines up with the weight I have lost. Is chat doing everything?
