plesk ubuntu mysql database user permissions

From home page of plesk select "Server" and then "Database Servers"

The little "people" icon on the right allows you complete PHPMyAdmin access to your MySQL server

 

 

click the "Privileges" link from the home page



 

Find your user and edit...
