PHP Weather Forecast Code Widget That's Simple and Really Easy To Use

I've been looking for a really simple and easy to use code widget for months now. Finally some good starting code on github written by Josh Hartman. This PHP example uses Yahoo's Weather XML feed. Thank you Yahoo! I simplified Josh's PHP code a bit for you to use.
