Approved for Chase Sapphire Preferred, but can't add it to Paypal, need to book my flight to France, options?

Need to use my new card to pay for my flight to France, but the option to add it to paypal wallet isn't showing up yet - will it possibly show up by tomorrow night, or do I need to consider another airline that accepts Apple Pay (I was already able to add the card to Apple Pay)? I applied for this credit card last night, it initially said they needed time to review, I called the status line, they said I'd get something in the mail in 2 weeks, the next morning (this morning) I got a call
