Denied for CSP but want new Credit Card for travel

Overview

Hello, I applied for a CSP card and got rejected due to obligations too high relative to income, limited installment loan experience on consumer credit report, too high credit usage, and total available credit and/or existing credit lines are low. I am a medical student on loans but and I will be starting residency next year. I think on my application for the card I put $20,000 next to income which are my loans for a one semester instead of the total amount of money for a year including savings
