Go-to corporate card for spend management features?

Hey guys, sorry if this question gets asked a lot but I'm a bit wary as the fintech field changes quickly and often. So I thought it best to just ask it myself just in case. Anyways, I'm looking for something where I can issue cards and set preventative limits (e.g - specific merchants or vendors).
