It can be a little unhinged & funny at times lol. You can send it links, videos, images, etc. It also has access to the internet and its own computer, so it can also proactively browse the web & text you too. I've found it helpful for hitting goals, reminders, talking through stuff, proactively finding interesting stuff on the internet for me, and sometimes just being fun to chat with.
