If i spend ~$4060 a year on groceries/dining, I break even with Amex Gold, right?
View original on reddit.comOverview
My understanding is each dollar spent on dining/grocery is 4 points with the multiplier. Each point is worth as an estimated average $.02 in miles/rewards etc. So doing the math for every $12.5 spent on dining, I get $1 in rewards. So I just need to spend $4062.5 every year (~$340/mo) on dining to break even and get $325 in rewards, right? submitted by /u/surf_AL [link] [comments]
