What happened to ChatGPT's memory?

Overview

I have been using ChatGPT Plus for about a year and I've really enjoyed it a lot. Within the last week or so, something has changed for the worse. ChatGPT has always been able to recall details and information that I have given over the last year, however now it tells me that it is unable to remember all those things that it once did.
