What’s up with the Chat memory full thing

I’m a free plan user, I’m not sure is it me but since this morning I keep getting the Chat memory full thing. It’s weird since I’m only ~10 ish message in. I’m not coding or anything neither, it’s just a text based chat. I’ve never seen such limit before today, normally it only goes along the line of ‘ChatGPT might forget details in long chats, upgrade for better memory!!’ But it has never stopped me from chatting due to a chat being too long.
