AAA Travel Advantage Product Change

Overview

I don’t drive much these days so I don’t get much use out of my Travel Advantage card anymore. I’d like to product change to the Daily Advantage so I called the number on the back of the card, but they were completely clueless as to what I was talking about! Anyone have any luck with this before? I heard you can only have one of the cards at a time, so do I need to close one to get the other?
