Amex blue cash preferred or gold?

Overview

I’m toying with getting either the Amex blue cash preferred or Amex gold. Currently have CSP and Venture X. Love both cards. Want to get into Amex ecosystem for travel purposes. Blue cash preferred is more enticing than I initially thought. Free first year and 6% cash back on groceries, 3% on gas. Amex gold obviously gives 4x on groceries, and 4x on dining. I already get 3x on dining with the CSP so I’d only be gaining 1x on dining and 4x on groceries but I mainly shop at Walmart and Sam’s Club.
