Bank of America CLI Confusion

Overview

I need guidance lol. My credit history is just over two years. My first card was the Customized Cash Rewards card with BofA, $500 limit. Truthfully I barely touched the card for the first year, and never posted a balance. A year and one month later I applied for the Unlimited Cash Rewarda card and was given a $3,000 starting limit.
