Barclays credit card troubles

Hi everyone, I could really use some advice because I’m stuck and don’t know what else to do. I’m 20 and recently bought a car, and during the process they had me open a GM Financial credit card through Barclays. There was a balance on it that I needed to pay off, but on June 8th when I tried to make a payment, the account got locked for “fraudulent activity.” Since then, I’ve called them at least 8 times.
