BCP upgrade offer with no spend

Overview

Got an interesting offer on my BCE to upgrade to the BCP today. There's no spending offer, but the AF has a first year waiver. This is a card that was previously downgraded and upgraded under a $150/no AF offer last year, though this year I'd been stuck at a $75/AF offer. This is the first time I've seen it not have a bonus with a spending requirement on the upgrade. Might just take it, is roughly equivalent to a $100/AF offer that I've seen mentioned and the BCP only makes sense
