Chase Ecosystem best way to get new SUBs?

Summary

I have the CSP, freedom, flex, unlimited, Southwest ($229 a yr one) and both Disney Cc’d (need to cancel the $100 one, have the Inspire)…. I’d like to get some SUBs again from Chase to transfer to Southwest. What’s a good strategy for churning? I’ve had my main chase cards all of them for over 3 years… can I downgrade?
