Citi Aadvantage Business 4506c Request

Overview

I recently applied for the Aadvantage Business Card and Citi is asking for a 4506c form; usually, is this for identity/income verification? I put an accurate figure for income on my application (slightly underestimated, actually) but I just moved into the residential address I put on my application, which is different from my previous address that is most likely listed on my personal credit reports. Would this be an issue if they check my tax returns and see my old address on it? submitted
