Discover not providing card number for balance transfer

Overview

Hey so just got a Chase Freedom Unlimited and I’m trying to transfer the balance from my Discover card. The issue I’m having is that I don’t have the card number from Discover. I tried calling and they won’t replace the card because it’s in a 6 month reduced interest program, and they also won’t just let me exit the program to get a new card number. If anyone knows of a workaround here please let me know because I’m basically being forced to pay 10 percent interest until after January, as well a
