I got a CC card from this bank but no RM, or number is being given i need to talk to a representative in order to inform them about the scam calls i am getting that i have a a security amount need to be paid off and another issue getting call bur they are talking to to a portal which is not bank oriented just a replica of their website. Rest i am trying to reach the customer care but they are not connecting me representative only AI automation asking already listed issues, Pls help guys they alm
