Living in a walkable, bikeable college town in a 800sqft 2 bed 1 bath rental for $1250, very very good price for the area. Fine neighbors, big dog so house can feel fairly cramped but also cozy. The little place has good communal outdoor space (unfenced), good crawlspace storage, and 2 wfh adults live here- so being on top of each other is getting a little old. And early 30s, so being in a college town isn’t really where we’re wanting to be these days. But there is still good community our age w
