opened dispute multiple times with my bank for item i never received, bank keeps siding with merchant

i legitimately have no idea what to do. i bought a purse from a website that in hindsight was extremely sketchy and i shouldn’t have done it but i figured if they scam me i can just dispute with my bank. well i did. like 4 times now!! and they keep siding with the merchant saying there was no error. i think the merchant is legit sending them false documents and committing fraud. i’ve reached out to the merchant myself multiple times over the last month and haven’t heard back from them a single t
