For background im with TSB(i know shit) went to purchase meccha chameleon on steam £5.29 and it tells me i need to apporove the payment to which i do then steam tells me its been declined i do ot another 4 times and eaxh time it fails whats the point i making me verify if my bank is just going to decline it so i phone up and they tell me my card has been blocked due to sus
