Selecting Long Term Primary Travel Card

Overview

I have had the Venture card as my primary travel card for the past 7 years. I recently upgraded the card to the VX earlier this year and essentially had a "free" card after receiving the capital one checking bonus that was used to pay the card. I was looking to obtain the CSR later this year as my long term primary travel card to utilize the larger multipliers, credits, and travel protections. I'm trying to decide if it would be worth holding both cards, opt for csr / vx downgrade,
