I applied and got approved for a Capital One Discover It card to use for college only to find out I was unable to verify my phone number on the mobile app to use my cc.. I went through hours of customer service and got my case escalated to the Digital team only for them to be like “lol sucks to suck just wait and pray idk”which is no resolution. Since I’ve already waited a month at this point I want to switch banks and apply for another credit card. However I read online canceling/closing a cred
