Locked bank account - will this impact auto payments?

Overview

Title says it all, but heres the full story: travelling and can’t get into my online bank. For reference, it’s a US account. Called to check and they can’t send the code for me to recover my account because the network isn’t recognized. Asked them to lock my debit card because I can’t monitor transactions without the app. I can’t resolve this til I’m back on my network and can receive the code from the bank. will this lock out auto payments I have set up? I’m worried now about being hit with lat
