BofA suddenly closed checking account with no true explanation

Overview

Bank of America decided to closed my checking account “due to risk discovered after internal review”. This comes as a surprise after I’ve been with them for 12 years with no issues on either side. They refuse to tell me why they’ve terminated the relationship due to “confidentiality reasons”. I’m confused what the risk could have been. I did transfer 20k into an HYSA account 3 months ago and redirected my employer direct deposits from this BofA account to a separate bank for a bonus incentive 6
